We want you to love your Thatch Hats™ gear but if something’s off, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our policy below before initiating a return.

Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, email us at support@thatchhats.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll reply with next steps.

Eligible Items

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Sent back with original packaging (if possible)

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Stickers or accessories marked Final Sale

  • Limited edition or custom-made drops

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • We sent the wrong item

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

Need a different item or color? Email us within 14 days and we’ll let you know what’s possible based on current inventory. We treat exchanges like new orders, so returned items must follow the same return process first.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us at returns@thatchhats.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a photo and your order number—we’ll take care of it.
