At Thatch Hats™, we aim to get your gear out the door fast—because we know you're excited to wear it. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, but here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping:
Processing Times
We typically pack and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekend and holidays).
However, during high-volume periods, product launches, or unforeseen delays, shipping may take slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed if there's a hold-up.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other trusted carriers.
Shipping speed is selected at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen method.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin once your order is shipped—not when the order is placed.
International Shipping
At this time, we are not offering international shipping. Stay tuned—this may change in the future.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days, feel free to reach out to us at orders@thatchhats.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package leaves our hands and is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if something goes missing. That said—we’ll always try to help where we can.
Unexpected Delays
While we strive to be quick, we’re a small team and occasionally experience delays due to product restocks, high order volume, or shipping carrier issues. Your patience means the world to us.
Wrong Address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We’re not responsible for delays or nondeliveries due to incorrect addresses. If you realize there’s a mistake, email us ASAP—we’ll try to catch it before it ships.
